Counseling Services
MCC’s Counseling Center staff provide students with a professional and confidential setting for psychological, emotional, and developmental support of those who are pursuing academic goals, in addition to exploring personal growth and development.
A supportive and positive mental health environment is created for students through individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, consultation and referral, assessment, and outreach programming. These initiatives are responsive to the individual, cultural, and demographic diversity of MCC students.
Faculty and staff may also utilize the Counseling Center as a resource to assist with student interactions, which promotes a widespread campus approach to fostering personal, social, and academic learning and development.
